Kids are back to school, parents are happy 🤪 but I am not 😞 I will miss Nana’s little helpers 🥰
During the long summer holidays I have the pleasure to see them more in the shop. I am so proud of them for helping out ❤️.
As well as they earn a bit of pocket money it also teaches them valuable work ethics and builds real-world skills. They learn the value of money, time management and responsibility and introduces them to basic customer service and retail skills.
All my Grandkids ( apart from the smallest 7 year old )now can serve customers, answer the phone, cut cellophane, condition flowers, wash vases and buckets then fill them with fresh water and general tidying up!
They worked so hard and I am so proud 😍
