This is not an easy post. I have been a florist for over 35 years but there comes a time when you have to hang up your scissors. I just can't keep up the enthusiasm when I'm not making money. I have tried to keep going but I just can't compete with all the on line flowers & supermarkets. I've loved meeting the most wonderful people & the friends I have made. Anyone who has an order placed with me in December will have it made with love. Any weddings booked for next year will have the most amazing flowers made by me. I just need to stop & work out how I go forward in the new year. It hurts to turn my friends & loyal customers away but sometimes you just need to stop & leave the room gracefully. Thank you all so much ###

Sadly this year we are taking a break from selling Christmas trees. Our usual supplier has retired & we aren't confident on the quality of new suppliers. Hopefully we will be back next year.

As a small business owner we always try to support any local business that provides excellent service. So pleased to be invited to The Voujon's 30th birthday celebrations. Amazing food as always, lovely live music & meeting old, present & the new whipper snappers who will hopefully take this fine restaurant on to another 30 years. Congratulations!!!

Got to love a wedding where the bride is so unbelievably chilled. Vibe was 'colourful'. Think we smashed that. The weather behaved & the venue was perfect. Congrats Hannah & Adam ###

We loved making today's wedding flowers for Cat & Jonny. Vibe was 'natural, English flowers but bring every colour in'. Jonny's love of Lego was in little jars of Lego flowers on the tables. Fun & chilled couple who gave us free rein to play!!!
