For an Executive Assistant, booking the car is rarely the difficult part.
The difficult part is knowing that everything will still be under control when the executive’s day doesn’t go exactly to plan.
A flight is delayed.
A meeting finishes earlier than expected.
The hotel changes.
The executive adds another stop.
The return journey needs to be rearranged.
And suddenly, a simple airport transfer becomes another problem on an already busy schedule.
That’s why I believe a good chauffeur partner should do more than simply provide a car and driver.
They should:
• Monitor flights and adjust accordingly
• Be proactive rather than waiting to be chased
• Understand the importance of punctuality and discretion
• Communicate clearly with the EA or travel coordinator
• Handle changes calmly and efficiently
• Make the executive feel looked after from the moment they arrive
At DE Chauffeur, this is the standard we are working towards with every journey we undertake.
Because for the Executive Assistant, the best transport provider is not necessarily the one who sends the most messages.
It’s the one who gives you one less thing to worry about.
To all the EAs, Personal Assistants, Office Managers and Corporate Travel professionals I’ve connected with recently thank you for allowing me into your network.
I look forward to getting to know more of you and, hopefully, becoming a trusted London ground transportation contact when you need one.
Reliable transport. Professional service. No unnecessary fuss.
