Im a huge lover of pop art, music, films and culture. I was a bass player in a popular signed band in the 90s and went on to form my own new wave band in late 90s early 2000. Getting a little tired of the music industry I ventured into the glorious food industry, trained as a chef, assisted in prestigious cookery schools, then in 2009 I started my own Cookery school, specialising in Mediterranean

and British Pies. I became a Pie author (Random house) appeared on a few good cooking shows. Up until recently I managed a Food and drink market for seven years, festivals, events and food events. Im currently a head baker amongst other important things like being a mother. Anyway I love vintage tee shirts, and decided to try my hand at designing my own, generation X silly, retro shirts, that make me laugh (and my closest friends, infact I test them on them first) I love designing familiar but unique styles, and yes i wear my own shirts tucked into a pair of old Levis! x marika

Prepping for Market day this Sunday 18th May!! At

Pies will be baked fresh in the morning, so the earlier you come the hotter they will be! Eat at the market or Take home to reheat! Looking forward to meeting you!

Had a fantastic request to make closed lid for a company! Usually, i make a lattice top.
Using my cherry pie recipe from my book im making pies with the Twin Peaks soundtrack on and remembering the wonderful Oh, these are all butter.

So Fred and I are cracking on with it!!!
