Less than a week to go! We have a whole range of music treats for you this September:

Phoebe White conceived Feeb And The Queen four years ago as a fresh start in her artist’s journey after deep experience as a performing songwriter, co-writer, session and backing vocalist.
Under this blues and gospel infused folk rock project, she has released 6 singles and a remastered EP of previous work in the Americana genre. More recently, Phoebe has completed a new body of work, as part of a Masters Degree in songwriting.
Writing in reflection about creative life; connection to self; wellbeing at work; and the birth of Feeb - these songs tell a story of transformation in three acts: Shadows, Mirrors and Paths, exploring ‘The Queen’ - our innate creative, connective energies and what it means to belong.

Omam Dawn invites listeners into an intimate and mythical world of blind birds, wise fishermen, and talking dolphins. She plays a 1950s parlour guitar, is self-taught and is accompanied by clarinet and violin.

Bitter Sheep are a folk duo hailing from Faversham in Kent. Inspired by the folk revival of the 60s and 70s, their playful take on tunes emerging out of the British, Irish and American traditions has seen them play at venues across London and the South East.


Singer-guitarist-composer Mélys draws her lyrics from the emotions and sensations that the organic world makes her feel.
Navigating between English and Spanish - her soft, husky voice takes us to those precious moments when the mind wanders and is carried away by melancholy.
Her floral folk opens the door to a world where acoustics and electronics merge to make way for other sounds.


Held at Jam in a Jar Bar, 599-601 Green Lanes, Harringay, London N8 0RE
£10 suggested donation.

Exciting! BITTER SHEEP will be at the next show! Weds 23 Sept.

Bitter Sheep are a folk duo hailing from Faversham in Kent. They’ve become known for their relaxed and welcoming folk nights run with Ella Spencer, which provides a haven for folk lovers of all levels.
