Last week we spent a few inspiring days with the at the event in the beautiful city of Copenhagen.

What an exceptional programme that was put together for us.

From experiencing a selection of Hotels, Venues and Restaurants to Museums, Boats the infamous Tivoli Gardens and the Opera House - an abundance of cultural options to offer groups and incentives.

1:1 appointments featured on day 2 and plenty of contacts were made, arming us with an array of different venues and spaces to offer clients.

Exceptional content with thought provoking discussions on sustainability and how Copenhagen continues to champion such an important contribution for a better future!
The CopenPay scheme is leading the way forward as such an example to other Countries of how we can all do our part to make a difference.
From influencing client choices in destination and hotel selection to being creative around menu wording on delicious plant based options - the CopenPay scheme pays it forward by rewarding you for your conscious decisions!

We also enjoyed a remarkable and inspirational speech from the author of The Times best selling book “The Little book of Hygge” lot’s of food for thought to implement into every day lives!

Throwing it back to last Thursday where we were hosted at RHS Chelsea Flower Show by the wonderful team

For the final time as headline sponsor, The hospitality suite was adorned beautifully in true Newt style - understated luxury and elegance. We enjoyed beautiful fresh food from The Newt and prepared by their Somerset team and sampled the gorgeous Sparkling Wine and Rose from their sister property in South Africa as well as their infamous Cyder made in Somerset whilst enjoying fine live musical entertainment!

Seeing so many excellent beautiful floral displays and arrangements was definitely giving off some serious event inspiration - it certainly got the creative juices blooming!!

On Fridays we FAM! Well this is a flash back to the start of March!
Huge thanks to for hosting - us what a treat!

We enjoyed a blind tasting activity as an ice breaker over a champagne reception, followed by an extensive show round and an amazing dinner in the semi private dining space in the Pan Asian restaurant Oombo - outstanding food!

We ended with Night cap cocktail creations in the cute bar that gives off Speakeasy vibes before heading to bed for the best nights sleep!

The refurbishment reveal is incredible, beautiful bedrooms, great event spaces, and a brand new Brasserie as well as an Award Winning Spa!

Sopwell House has so much to offer just outside of London and is a firm favourite with our clients!

Wow what a party!
A couple of weeks ago we were invited to the official launch party as it unveiled its rebrand as the first in the UK - what a transformation!
The design, concept and new bedroom refurbishment is just wonderful.

Red carpet on arrival, entertainment acts, champagne and cocktails, ribbon open ceremony by the Hotel owners, wine tasting by wines, beautiful Berkshire Birds of Prey, to a gourmet banquet, music and celebrity guests - topped off with a fireworks finale and a gorgeous goody bag to go home with!

Thank you to Danke and all the team for putting together a brilliant event, so great to have a lovely local Hotel well and truly back on the map and a product to be proud of. We are excited to show our clients all the changes! Wishing them all the best of success!

Another successful event delivered for our IT Client last week, at the incredible IET London Savoy Place
Over 200 customers, prospects, and partners met to kick off their 2025 roadshow in London before heading onto European locations to continue their programme of events in the coming months.

What a venue… our Clients loved it so much we booked it 2 consecutive years for them!

The January kicks off are in full swing and we are hot off the heels of producing another fab Client Event for their annual conference at grove this week!

200 delegates, 2 action packed days full of business content with an informal 90’s night on night 1 and a huge transformation on day 2 whereby the conference set was dismantled and we had 4 hours to work some magic with a Met Gala / Hollywood theme ready for Gala Dinner and awards ceremony on night 2.

From full consultation & guidance, negotiating venue rates, event concept and design, budget management to sourcing, confirming and managing all suppliers and running the event onsite executing and seeing everything come together after the best part of a year in the planning and then to see everyone having a great time and receive excellent client feedback on delivering another successful event brings us such joy!

Huge thanks to all our incredible supplier partners for working with us to deliver another amazing event, as we all know it takes a village!!
