HANUMAN - THE ETERNAL HERO - Important event information
Dear Patrons,
We hope you are all eagerly awaiting the discourse from Shri. Dushyanth Sridhar about “HANUMAN - THE ETERNAL HERO” this weekend! Thanks again for your overwhelming response to the session, which is now full house and oversubscribed owing to all your support!
This email contains important information related to the event this Sunday, kindly read in full.
1. Event date and venue information:
Date Sunday, 5th October 2025
Venue WATERSMEET, High Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1EH
Junction 18 of M25 is 5 mins away and there is good access to M40, M1 & M4. The nearest station is Rickmansworth, served by both Metropolitan & Chiltern line trains.
Timing Doors Open: 8:45 am, Program begins: 9:30 am SHARP
Parking

We strongly advise car-pooling to go green and optimise parking spaces
Food at venue We have provisioned for limited numbers of coffee and boxed vegetarian lunch onsite, on a first come first serve basis. Lunch coupons can be purchased on arrival and collected to take away after the discourse session (at around 12:30).
2. Tickets and Entry: Doors open at least 45 mins before show start (8:45 am). Please arrive early to find parking, check into the venue and also allow time to grab a coffee and also purchase your lunch coupons in advance. You need to bring your event tickets either in print or on your mobile phone to be scanned at entry into the venue. May we remind you that there will be no refunds for no shows / cancellations.
3. Refreshments and lunch: There will be a limited number of boxed vegetarian lunches available to purchase onsite, on a first come first serve basis, to take away with you after the event. You may purchase the coupons to secure your lunch on arrival. Please note that food and drink is strictly not allowed inside the auditorium.
4. Being a supportive audience: Please may we kindly ask for your support with the following:
Maintain silence in auditorium during the discourse keep conversations to the break
Take care of your children and personal belongings at all times
Leave children's buggies in the car or outside the main auditorium
Kindly turn your mobile phones to silent mode before start of the event
Maintain silence in the auditorium and keep conversations to the break
Mind your children & ensure they are seated throughout the show. If your child is becoming restless, please take them out through the nearest exit until they settle down.
5. Photo/Video coverage: I for India will cover the event (photo/videos) which would feature in our website and social media sites as relevant.
