Today from 7am live on infrared..fm

20/08/2026

Life can be hard enough as it is. Even more so these days. This year has been ruff on me, I’ve struggled at times and when you say to someone, mate I ain’t good - but they are like “well your social media says your having a great time” it’s like living in a fake world. Um@being honest with myself.a what works for me right now and make me feel good. I’m looking after myself.

I’m glad these last couple of days and my bold move to come away from socials and reply on my weekly radio show as a single outlet rather than trying to do a million things - this has already had a positive impact on others. As I said in my post yesterday “be the change you want to see”

Music has always been the best thing for me and my mind and the way I’ve always been “different” if that’s adhd or whatever cool but music has healed my brain and helped me since a young age.

Im keeping that in mind “music” so media no doom scroll - a toxic environment- music was always the escape from that. But here we all are feeding our creative but different brains with crap daily, thinking we have to tell a story of everything

From this Friday infrareddotfm 7am - midday is the only place online you will find me playing music I love, connecting with people, guests & more

It’s all about the music it always has been.

Be kind to yourself. ❤️

From Friday and each and every Friday the only place you will be able to get me online -

parking up insta for a while - personally used it for music and have used social media for music since 2010. It’s a very different place these days and my head just takes way to much in. Looking after myself is the main thing with this but i love playing music and connecting that will never stop. I just don’t feel social media at the moment is for me. I might be back in a few months who knows:

Every Friday morning I’ll be sharing updates on events, music, my music, CratesRus Devon’s Road Recordings I’ll also be on the Devon’s rd show every other week on a Sunday 8pm.

The importance of radio is also very important. The chat comes alive, people call up. Ill also playing live shout outs from voice notes also.

I started playing on radio when I was 13 and have played on radio since. Im personally seeing how important it is to keep this focus on sharing music this way, connecting, bringing love when needed & more.

From Friday a.m this account will not be active.

Hope to see you Friday mornings, DR shows, down the shop or at a dance.

Big love ❤️Juniorbuzz aka uncle Kennie
