We are SO ready to welcome you into our Spring Equinox Reset. A soft return to sunshine. ☀️🌱

On March 22nd, we gather at Shai Space .space to reset the timeline for Spring🌱 From somatic Q***r Salsa Workshop by **rsalsaldn to storytelling by Spectra open mic by Echo of us, open decks by , this is your space to breathe, move, and connect ✨

Not hustle. Not performance. Just Presence.

Come solo or with your people. Ground your nervous system, feed your soul, spirit and belly 😘(Minsa delicious Latin Caribbean food), and dance out the winter heaviness ☺️

Please note: This is a sober, intentional space. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol/substances, think soft drinks, teas, and elixirs! 🫶

We’ve all tried the “Hermit Method.” You lock yourself away for 31 days to avoid temptation, only to re-emerge in February desperate for ‘something’ because you didn’t actually deal with anything. You just hid.
