Danson House / Bexley Register Office and Danson House Grotto are supporting and highlighting a real need within our community in the London Borough of Bexley - Foster Care.
Lets see how we can all help or support.
----------------------------------
🌈 Why foster with Bexley?
Fostering is about doing everything you can to support a child who needs a loving home. As a foster carer, you’ll provide a welcoming and caring environment where children and young people are safe from harm. You’ll help meet their emotional, health, and educational needs so they can reach their full potential.
We understand that fostering can be both challenging and rewarding. That’s why we’ve developed Fostering Together ensuring our foster carers receive the support they deserve to help children in their care.

👩👩👧 Who can foster?
There is no such thing as the “perfect” foster carer. What matters most is your ability to provide love, stability, and support.
You don’t need formal qualifications, we’ll provide all the training you need. What you do need is to be:
• Over the age of 21
• A full-time UK resident or have permission to remain
• In good health
• Able to offer time and space to make a meaningful commitment to a child or young person
Our foster carers are resilient, patient, flexible, creative, adaptable, and accepting, with good humour and a strong desire to learn and be part of a team.
