A night of Venetian glamour ✨

As part of a three day international offsite in Venice for a client, guests travelled by private water taxi to a beautiful Venetian palazzo for a masquerade themed evening.

Stilt walkers, a tarot card reader, a candlelit dinner and a private club for the after party made for one seriously memorable night.

A closer look at PADELFEST 🎾

For Mail Metro Media’s annual charity Padel event, we delivered a full venue takeover for 150 guests, transforming the space with bespoke branding, fully branded courts, sponsor zones, a custom DJ booth and immersive partner activations.

32 teams battled it out on court, with sport, entertainment, hospitality and fundraising bringing the day together.

The result? An incredible £100,000 raised for the British Heart Foundation. ❤️

A brilliant event, an incredible cause and a team we’re very proud of.

For one of our corporate groups, we took over The Village at Beaverbrook, Surrey Hills for an exclusive stay, followed by dinner at Wild Kitchen overlooking the Surrey Downs.

The head chef cooked live, steak and lobster set the menu, and spicy margaritas arrived in copper mugs.

Because when you’re bringing a leadership team together, the setting matters. And the right experience can turn a few days away into something people actually remember.

For this intimate 50th birthday, we brought together bespoke catering, beautiful florals, live music and a live artist to transform our client’s home into an elegant and atmospheric setting for an evening with family and friends.

From the styling and entertainment to the food and production, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a celebration that felt effortless, personal and entirely unique to them.
