Beth & James were a joy to get to know, and I loved creating their Wedding Ceremony.
Their Wedding was on one of the hottest days of the year, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Rivervale Barn, Yately.
They chose to seal the words their Vows with a traditional Handfasting Ritual, to signify their love, commitment and union.
Colours hold different meanings, and they chose the following colours to make up their knot.
Purple to convey feelings of peace, tranquillity, and serenity. To represent power, strength, and evoke a sense of magic and intrigue.
The viridity of green for its association with nature and growth, and its connection to feelings of abundance and vitality.
Gold to signify optimism and for its association with the sun, enhancing confidence, and generosity.
Finally, they chose the colour black for protection, mystery, and to absorb negative energy, acting as a "shield" fostering inner strength, transformation, and rebirth.
Theirs was a heart warming ceremony which involved their loved ones and friends laying on their ribbons, giving the couple their blessing and wishes of good intention for their future together.
This ritual was finalised as their knot was tied.
If your ideal Wedding Ceremony would include your loved ones and friends, reach out and we can have a no obligation discovery call.
Together we can explore elements that show your essence and are a true reflection of you.
