I have to precise that our 'puri-fusion' is 99% (vegan)veggie because of the ghee in the Chana-masala and its Raita topping, the Chilli con veg's topping of grated cheese and sour-cream and the Salade-Nicoise's Tuna and anchovy topping...So apart from the Chana-masala, we can cater for our vegan-friends by leaving out the fish and dairy toppings!

The 4th of October we will be proposing the first of our first world-fusion street-foods at Deptford Market London:

The 'Puri-fusion' menu will consist of freshly fried Indian breads (Puris) filled to the brim with;

Chana-Masala (Chickpea curry!) topped with fresh coriander and green chilis...

Chilli Con Veggies topped with sour-cream, cheese and Jalapenos

Salad Nicoise (Fresh salad,potatoes,green beans,olives,red onions,
black olives) Topped at choice with tuna,anchovies
boiled eggs!

- Either choose one of the above in its puri with two puris to dip or be adventurous and have the all three together for a taste sensation!
