Saddened to hear about Graham Dowdall's death yesterday. I was lucky enough to see his solo GAGARIN sets a few times including a gig I curated at I K L E C T I K. His combination of electronics, field recordings and 'beats' was always excellent. I was particularly impressed with his fluid drum programming which not only kept the interest - his hihats were particularly inspiring - but beautifully integrated with his other sounds. Graham was also a great collaborator and I have very fond memories of a wonderful set with Roshi Nasehi at on of the Linear Obsessional gigs.

As other people have said, Graham was one of the nicest blokes on the scene and will indeed be 'remembered with love'.
