I am lucky enough to be travelling in China 🇨🇳 at the moment and the food is just amazing! The quality, abundance and skill on show is something we’re not familiar with in the West - there’s so much to learn! Wedding of Catherine and Jeff . What a beautiful space! I made informal bread and dip platters as a starter and a Persian Feast for main. I really liked the bread idea which was suggested by the bride: mackerel paté, truffle mushroom paté and olive tapenade with rye bread, sourdough and freshly baked focaccia.
