TOMORROW NYJO take over our Gig Space for the launch of their new monthly jazz residency – NYJO @ Levels.
Also known as the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, NYJO are dedicated to making jazz and creative music-making more accessible to early-career musicians, young people and audiences across the country.
Designed to celebrate the next generation of jazz talent, this first gig will feature NYJO’s Emerging Professional musicians collaborating with special guest musicians from the epic Levitation Orchestra, followed by an open jam session.
Come through to support bold, original music and boundary-pushing improvisation.

Bringing new life to the once empty levels of the multi-storey carpark, Peckham Levels exists to showcase the cultural talent at work in Peckham. Peckham Levels has created affordable workspaces for many of the people who are part of Peckham’s identity, from the designers, makers, and creators taking up residence across our studios and workspaces to the food, drink and events entrepreneurs on our public floors, Levels 5 & 6.
This constantly evolving space will change and develop over the coming months and years as we work with our members and the local community to ensure Peckham Levels continues to offer and support opportunity for SE15 and beyond. We’re currently here for the next 6 years, with hope of reviewing our lease for the next 20, inline with the extended lease of the carpark with Southwark Council.
We are aiming to hold two major Open Studio events each year, with regular markets, exhibitions, pop-up’s, Kids Klub, talks, film screenings and more.
With a number of event spaces on offer, Peckham Levels is the perfect venue for all your creative needs. Make sure to check in on our website and social channels for all the latest events and opportunities, or get in touch to host your own.
