WOW! What a fantastic celebration — congratulations, Jo! 🥳
650 canapés (Swedish Skagen, smoked salmon and avocado, heirloom bruschetta, marinated mozzarella & tomato….),
100 French and Irish oysters (from ) with a variety of toppings (chunky Bloody Mary, jalapeños / lime and pineapple, soy / ginger / lime and classic Mignonette),
a spread of grazing boards,
and refreshing Pimm’s ice pops to top it all off.
A wonderful evening!
We even had the Red Arrows flying past the kitchen, marking another celebration: Trooping the Colour — the military ceremony in honour of King Charles’ official birthday! 🎉
