Good morning everyone on this beautiful morning.
After last nights terrible news about The Hole In The Wall and the inevitable sleeplessness that followed i have also done a lot of thinking;
First of all, the number of comments and the huge support of you all has touched me beyond belief - I knew that HITW is good, and I knew that our following was brilliant, but I had no idea just how special it is in the hearts of so many. Thank you all for having loved HITW as much as I do.
This has led me to resolve NOT to let this great event simply die.
We WILL find a new venue and it WILL rise again... but it cant be just any old venue; the HITW brand is too special for that. I will NOT compromise, and I will NOT settle for second best.... the new venue must be AT LEAST as good as the one we are leaving, and will hopefully be even better (I'm thinking especially about sound system).
So look out for updates!
In the meantime I hope that on the 14th we can have a packed out night and have the dance floor heaving from start to end. Lets make it emotional!
And for those who love the music, and enjoy my sets then the following week its Stax Of Soul - different in many ways from HITW except for one key factor - the music remains as brilliant!
Then I will begin the search for a new and even better venue for The Hole In The Wall!

It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell all of our customers and the Hole In The Wall family that the next event, on the14th of May, will be our last.

We have had three and a half amazing years, by any account this has been an amazing run, and it is not my choice that this happens.

Please spread the news that the Hole In The Wall will be finishing on May the 14th, and lets make this a closing night to remember.
