Putting people first starts with listening to our team and then acting on what we hear.

- Real voices: through the Best Companies survey, peer groups and one-to-ones, our team tells us what's working and what isn't.
- Real change: their feedback has led to better project allocation and flexible working.
- Someone to talk to: our Mental Health First Aiders offer guidance and regular check-ins.

When people are heard, real change follows. We'll keep listening.

Best Large Agency of the Year at the UK Agency Awards 2026.

Outsourced Events was recognised as the UK's best large agency, on a night celebrating the agency sector at the London Hilton Bankside.

It's been a whirlwind year of recognition, with wins at the Conference & Events Awards, the CN Agency Awards and the UK Company Culture Awards. To add this one in our 25th year means a lot.

Team OE headed to London Zoo for our latest quarterly team meeting.

With so much of our year spent on-site at events, days together like this matter. Between feeding the giraffes and meeting the penguins, we brainstormed, shared updates and celebrated what's been a strong 25th year so far.

It's going to be a busy October for Team OE. We're delivering conferences, tradeshows, advisory boards, roundtables and networking events, from 500+ delegate conferences to small, intimate dinners and one of them is even in a castle!

Taking on that much at once is only possible because of 25 years of experience, knowledge and a team that works together.

Meet the four new graduates who have recently joined .

Earlier this year OE launched our Graduate Programme to help create graduate opportunities, a two-year programme built around 13 training modules, hands-on experience working with some of the world's largest tech companies and leading associations, plus a dedicated mentor from day one to support them as they settle into the world of events.

After a competitive process, we're thrilled to welcome Bethany Dark, Elif Demir, Izzy Holliday and Diyanni Patel to the team.

Outsourced Events has been shortlisted in the Best Event by an Agency PCO category TWICE at the ABPCO 2026 Excellence Awards.

Award finalists are selected by an independent panel of judges from across the association and PCO community, making the shortlist one of the clearest markers of what excellent association event delivery really looks like. It's also the latest in what's already been a standout year for industry recognition in our 25th year.

A huge thank you to both BSGE and BMFMS for their trust and collaboration. And a massive well done to the OE Team, who continue to go above and beyond to deliver award-worthy events.
