Wedding season is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to roll out some of our all time faves for the upcoming nuptials we’re working on!

Here’s a taste of our highlights:
Slow cooked lamb kleftiko served with potatoes Roast chicken with almond pangratatto + herby orzo
Green beans, labneh, chilli + almond  Chicken thighs with white bean, oregano, tomato + kalamata tapenade

Butch Salads recently had the pleasure of providing the canapé and champagne service for the launch of ‘A Q***r Inheritance: Alternative Histories in the National Trust’ by Michael Hall at
 The menu included some of the highlights from our canapé menu:
+ Parmesan shortbread, confit tomato & basil oil
+ Whipped pancetta, rosemary & chestnut cream with pickled prune on crostini
+ Pumpkin hummus, roast beetroot & pomegranate on chicory boat
+ Smoked salmon & spinach tartlet
 Congratulations Michael on your book and it’s brilliant reception, we can’t wait to read it!

Butch Salads recently had the pleasure of providing a colourful vegetarian buffet dinner for the Love Glitter Gala fundraising event.   Set on the 24th floor of , the night was a gorgeous celebration of q***r joy and community. Our spread included Turkish red lentil soup with burnt chilli + feta whip; winter slaw with red cabbage, pomegranate + pumpkin seeds; roast beetroot, radicchio, apple, walnut + goats cheese and much more.  We always love the opportunity to partner with other LGBTQ+ powers organisations, and we look forward to working with Loving Men+ in the future! Thank you and team for having us ❤️

It’s wedding tasting week in the Butch Salads kitchen! ❤️  We are getting really excited for warmer days, and all the celebrations they bring.   Our team of event experts love working with couples to bring their dream wedding meal to life, and we have some very special plans in the works for this year.   We still have a few weekend availabilities for the year, so if you’re looking for delicious, fresh, seasonal catering at your wedding we would love to hear from you.  Photos from Ella and James’ wedding last year at our venue partners by .
