Lovely to be back at the stunning for the Guides for Brides networking event, talking all things weddings, sales and listings.

Such brilliant talks from Nikita and Kelly as always. Kelly brings so much energy and honestly to every room she’s in, I always walk away feeling inspired and with a head full of ideas!

So lovely to see so many familiar faces and meet some incredible new suppliers and venue wedding teams too.

A special thank you to Georgina for the beautiful venue tour, and to the GM for sharing the fascinating history of Chicheley Hall.

I also met the resident peacock, George.

Already looking forward to the next one! 🤍

A slightly belated post, as March and April have certainly been busy ones….. but what a special evening to reflect on 🤍

The Guides for Brides Wedding Industry Awards 2026, held once again at the stunning Oxford Town Hall, was a night to remember. It was so lovely to celebrate alongside so many talented and passionate professionals who make wedding industry so incredible.

It’s always lovely to catch up with wonderful wedding industry friends 🤍

I’m incredibly honoured (and still a little in disbelief) to have been awarded Wedding Planner of the Year for the third year running. After more than 30 years in the Wedding and Events industry, to still be recognised for something I genuinely love is very special, and means so much to me.

A heartfelt thank you to my amazing couples 🤍, your trust and support mean’s everything, and I feel so lucky to be part of your wedding journeys. Of course, thank you to the judges and Guides for Brides for this wonderful recognition.

A big congratulations also goes to The Kings Chapel and their fantastic Wedding & Banqueting team on their award, so well deserved, I am so proud, and it’s always a pleasure to see your continued success.

Here’s to a busy and beautiful 2026 wedding season ahead… I can’t wait to create more unforgettable Weddings and Ceremonies.

I had the absolute pleasure of conducting a beautiful wedding ceremony for the lovely N & P at the stunning Stowe House earlier this month.

This bespoke ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, a unique love story to deeply meaningful vows, lovingly echoed 35 years after the groom’s parents first exchanged them. A truly special full-circle moment.

Love knows no language barriers. For this beautiful ceremony, we provided printed translations of my script so the visiting family could follow along with every word and every moment of the ceremony, which was special.

We also shared touching readings, a symbolic sand ceremony, and even managed to settle a 10-year debate on orange vs apple juice.

It was a beautiful bespoke wedding ceremony, lots of laughter.

Now that the dust has settled from the big day, we wanted to reach out and thank you for planning and facilitating our ceremony. We appreciated your flexibility and accommodation of our requests and last-minute changes, and for giving us inspiration when we lacked this. Several guests complimented the creative and interactive elements of the ceremony, even one “the best ceremony I’ve ever been to”, and it will remain very memorable for us. Our sand jar now has its place in our display cabinet too.

We’ve attached a picture from our photographer; you were so good at getting out of the way that we struggled to find one with you in it.

Feeling very humbled to be a finalist for 2026 Guides for Brides Wedding Industry awards.

If you know me, I LOVE everything Weddings and honoured to be nominated for this award for my Wedding Planning work.

In 2024 and 2025 I had the privilege to win this award. Fingers crossed for the 2026 🤍

A Wedding planner for over 30 years and a trained Celebrant I am so excited to be back at Oxford Town hall with the wonderful team

Also excited for to also be in the finals for best Historical venue.

January was very kind, and was the most busiest engagement season I think we have seen since in a long time.

It was so lovely meeting new couples, and talking all things weddings.

It was also the start of 2026 wedding season, and what a lovely way to finish the month 🤍

Goodbye 2025.. what a year you were.

Like life itself, this year came with highs, lows, love, and loss. I met some truly incredible people, said goodbye to loved ones, and was reminded (again) just how powerful love really is 🤍

To my amazing couples, thank you for trusting me with one of the biggest days of your lives. Planning your weddings, creating your ceremonies, laughing, happy-crying, and telling your love stories to the people who matter most has been an absolute pleasure .

You are the reason I love what I do 🥂

Being a celebrant means so much more than words on a page, it’s about connection, storytelling, and celebrating your kind of love.
