• Our tasting room sits just within our prep kitchen. We build the menu together, prepare each dish with care, and talk through every detail, so the final menu feels considered and entirely your own. It’s the point where a menu stops being just a list and becomes a plan for your special day.

Here, we plate, plot, plan and sort all the logistics that come before it.

• A look back at a few past favourites, before we get stuck into the new season’s produce. Radicchio, citrus, squash and more to come.

Autumnal panzanella with the last of the summer tomatoes.

• Balsamic beetroot, feta, candied walnut.

• Chipotle squash chimichurri bowl.

Shaved fennel, pickled chilli, orange, amaranth.

A day in the Juniper kitchen. Rory and Fatti plating, hours of careful prep, new season produce, and plenty of tasting and testing along the way.

Some of what’s pictured here: Cornish tuna crudo crumpets with miso soy glaze, wasabi avocado, sesame and finger lime. Herefordshire beef carpaccio with parmesan, pickled shallot, capers, horseradish and watercress. And butter roast chicken with chive, pea purée, confit chicken leg bonbon, potato terrine and chicken jus.

See slide 12 for a little bit of real kitchen madness.

• As autumn settles in, our thoughts naturally turn to the beginnings of festive season. Menus layered with winter flavours, generous feasting, candlelit dinners and all those little details that make that wonderful time of the year.

Our festive diary is beginning to fill, and we’re already dreaming up beautifully considered celebrations for the season ahead.

• The wedding for A & N in the stunning grounds of Ashridge House.

A day filled with glorious sunshine and the wonderful kaleidoscope of colour. From the first canapés and glasses of something chilled to the final courses of dinner, it was one of those weddings where every detail seemed to fall perfectly into place.

We wined and dined guests throughout the afternoon and into the evening, with plenty of good food, flowing drinks and even better company. And, naturally, the celebrations continued long after dinner, with Baby Guinnesses being toasted on the dance floor until the very last moments of the night.

A beautiful day for a beautiful couple, and another wedding that reminded us exactly why we love this season so much.

Beautiful moments captured perfectly by 𝐉𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐄.

Another fantastic wedding of the summer.

• We loved this one.

We were at Renegade recently, and the whole day had exactly the sort of energy we love at Juniper. A brilliant space and a brilliant couple.

The food was designed to feel generous, relaxed and properly summery, with lots of vegetables, big platters and things for everyone to dig into. We love working this way, creating food that feels good to share, creating conversation around the table.

The evening started with the first dance among the barrels, and the sort of atmosphere that makes everyone want to get up and dance, including the catering team!

• We were delighted to be part of a wonderful evening celebrating the collaboration between Stylist Magazine and Etsy.

Hosted in a beautiful home in South West London, the setting felt effortlessly inviting- sunlight spilling through open bifold doors, long conversations around a shared table, and every corner filled with thoughtfully curated pieces from Etsy.

Our team served a vibrant, entirely vegetarian menu, with refreshing elderflower spritzes keeping everyone cool throughout the evening, before ending on a bespoke branded tiramisu- a sweet finishing touch to mark the occasion.

Thank you to the team on the night and also special thanks to:

Beautiful setting, beautiful party, beautiful birthday girl!

This stunning marquee event consisted of a welcome buffet lunch followed by an afternoon of tennis, before guests returned later for black tie for sundowner cocktails and sit down dinner.

Slow roasted Romney Marsh lamb with braised lamb & salsa verde was followed by vats of authentic tiramisu – all polished off with an abundance of Palomas, Gin Gimlets and 90’s bangers. A perfect summer’s evening!

Wonderful to work with Raj Tents once again, and a huge thanks to our fabulous team. Happy Birthday !

• We’re delighted to share that Juniper & Co. has officially been accredited as a preferred supplier for London Wildlife Trust for another year running.

It’s a partnership we’re incredibly proud of, bringing together beautiful celebrations and some of London’s most inspiring natural spaces.

The timing couldn’t be better, as we’re back today at the Walthamstow Wetlands for one of the first weddings of the year.

We’re looking forward to creating another unforgettable day for our couple and to kick off wedding season!

We’ve got a busy summer lined up and intend to start as we mean to go on.

Here’s to a wonderful season of celebrations with the London Wildlife Trust.
