At Oceanology International we connect exhibitors with qualified decision-makers who arrive with a purpose: exploring the latest ocean technologies and actively seeking suppliers to solve real project challenges.

From AUVs to coastal resilience solutions, and so much more, Oi visitors are looking for solutions to a wide range of technologies.

At Oi 2026, we welcomed more Owners, Directors, and C-Level decision-makers, and we're committed to build on that success for our 2028 event.

If your growth depends on reaching the right audience, this is where those conversations begin.

80% of exhibiting space at Oceanology International 2028 is already allocated.

That pace tells you something: exhibitors want their technology in front of buyers who are ready to act.

Oi welcomes a highly relevant audience, arriving with clear priorities and live project needs. They come to explore innovation, compare suppliers and find the solutions that will shape their next moves.

For exhibitors, that means the floor becomes your showcase. Demonstrate your capabilities to buyers who already care about exactly what you offer, and turn genuine interest into strategic conversations.

"Events like Oceanology International highlight the strength and depth of the UK's ocean technology ecosystem."

At Oi we seek to connect vendors, decision-makers and everyone who wants to learn more about the industry. Our conference programme this year included "Policy, Innovation and Skills for the Future of Coastal and Maritime Infrastructure Protection", bringing together leaders from government, industry and academia to discuss the future of coastal resilience and critical infrastructure.

During the conference, Fred Thomas, Member of UK Parliament, said:

"It was a pleasure to meet with companies such as Oshen, MSubs, Online Oceans, ACUA Ocean and Denatec Ltd, whose innovation and expertise demonstrate the capability that continues to drive our ocean sector forward and strengthen the UK’s position as a leading maritime nation.

"Events like Oceanology International highlight the strength and depth of the UK’s ocean technology ecosystem. Plymouth had a huge presence this year and I was proud to represent a city playing such a leading role in this space."

Looking back at a standout conference highlight from 2026 🌊

The “Coastal Resilience and Defence” keynote and panel explored how innovative technologies, nature-based solutions, and improved data integration are helping shape a new era of coastal defence as sea-level rise and extreme weather events continue to intensify.

“Oceanology 2026 provided a valuable platform to share our coastal challenges and opportunities… enabling new connections, fresh insights, and a deeper understanding of innovative solutions.”
— Rachael Hill MBE, Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Strategy Manager, Environment Agency
