An experience to educate, inspire and connect!

The SEEN team took over Sohoโ€™s iconic Phonica Record Store and the Vinyl Factory ๐Ÿ“€

invited guests to step into the 'For you Feed' and explore โ€˜what starts on TikTok, doesn't stay on TikTokโ€™. Content focused on what was new for 2023 to engage audiences and push authentic brand collaboration.

To create a point of difference from the usual 16:9 keynote, we created an immersive experience positioning 9:16 screens around the venue to create intimate content moments and create the For You Feed immersion feel.

The content was streamed around the venue from the main stage which played with layered LED screens to create depth allowing different content to be shown simultaneously

Guests dined in the Magistrates Ballroom at The NoMad Hotel London, a historic London space and were greeted by a three metre high screen showcasing the LFW NEWGEN designer shows putting them at the heart of the event โค๏ธ

TikTok trend inspired cocktails were poured while guests made use of the beautiful floral photo moment, created by the amazing Sage Flowers. Sage have set up FutureFlowers, the countryโ€™s first free training course for for non-white ethnicity people to learn the basics of floristry and we were lucky enough to have Jeb Jayne, one of their future florists on site with us ๐Ÿ’

It's been an enjoyable and rewarding experience working on this project for TikTok and British Fashion Council helping them to celebrate the creatives of the future.

We partnered with to celebrate NEWGEN designers during an intimate evening of dinner, DJ Sets from and a live performance from โœจ

The main space boasted a bespoke-fabricated mirrored TikTok clef along with a curated and detailed tablescape, which included custom TikTok-engraved compact mirrors with each guests name written on the inside.

The use of mirror was based on the concept of reflection - with guests looking into the mirrored tables to look at themselves and see their reflection back, to acknowledge their achievements and their place at the table.

The intricate painted walls were also reflected in the tables and mirrored sculpture to create a dream like state in the room. โ˜๏ธ

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is the single greatest celebration of arts and culture in the world, taking place for three weeks every year in August. Marlins Wynd Dinner: We hosted a 40 person creator dinner, it was held at Marlins Wynd where tables were streamed with splash and razz, neon lights and flower arrangements. โšก๏ธ

Secret Gig: After the creators dinner the secret gig took place in a Spiegel tent, with attendance from the ticket holders won from The Mound and other attendees, they sat down for a comedy gig hosted by a celebrity guest! ๐Ÿคฉ

The Mound: 9 days of live activation, 3 bespoke containers, 7,000 coffees given away, 4,000 prizes and 150 secret gig tickets. This activation was about driving brand awareness and inspiring consumers to explore the Find More Funny campaign.ย  Located in a high footfall area, next to a circle spot for the street performers, meant that the mound drew large crowds. Highlighting the TikTok relationship with Edinburgh Fringe we created a space where the public could watch the shows from an elevated advantage and take a break, grab a coffee & be in with the chance to win exclusive prizes as well as join us at a Secret Gig. ๐ŸŽช

The Royal Mile: The epicentre of the Fringe, the totem was designed to echo the 12 poster totems which used to be on the Royal Mile to promote peopleโ€™s shows. Ours was 6 metres high, 2 sided, live for 24 days and had 288 hours of content changed throughout the duration of the festival. It was a perfect mix of the Find More funny campaign and creator content from those invited to take part and local talent. ๐ŸŽญ

Manchester Pride is the โ€˜party protestโ€™. It is part of the largest LGBTQIA+ liberation movement in the world, celebrating q***r people, culture, and expression as loudly and publicly as possible๐Ÿ’ฅ

TikTok is a haven for the LGBTQI+ community, and we were tasked with creating a safe space for everyone to express themselves however they choose to, with the chance to get glam treatments by makeup artist ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป

The TikTok sanctuary was created to encourage visitors to get glammed up and express themselves. Still, more importantly, we created a space for people to truly be themselves โค๏ธ

We teamed with to put on this Hyperlocal event at the Ducie Street Warehouse in Manchester. We had a day of sessions including a Creator Panel with , and (half of the podcast) followed by an acoustic performance and drinks reception, BBQ food (with the cutest multicoloured bagels) and cocktails curated by ! ๐Ÿธ

It was super important to TikTok to show up in Manchester and have a local event within the city, given Manchester has such a strong Creator network. TikTok also used the event as a chance to tell guests that they are also showing up at Manchester Pride.

We upgraded the venues already amazing decor with products from local LGBTQ+ businesses such as QueerLit (book shop), Floss Burns (prints) and Feel Good Club (candles and room spray). As offerings throughout the day we provided a bunch of swag - belt bags, bucket hats, laptop stickers, pin badges, you name it! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The day was put together to educate and inspire creators on how to get the best of the platform, with a fully packed TikTok Shop Education session and inspirational Creator Panel including a Q+A with the creators, who shared their advice to aspiring creators. ๐Ÿ’ก

We loved working on this event as it gave a real sense of community in the local Manchester area, where will we go next!?๐Ÿ“
