Workshop Annoucement

Porridge & People with Forridge UK

Join us for a unique journey into the history of porridge, led by .

From ancient bubbling cauldrons to modern kitchen tables, porridge has been feeding communities across the globe for millennia — and we’re bringing that story to life.

Expect a live porridge-making workshop on stage, where James & Adam (world porridge champions!) will share the secrets of crafting the perfect bowl.

Every attendee will also receive a bowl of porridge — on the house!

But here’s where it gets fun: we want you to bring your favourite topping ingredient(s) to create your very own porridge masterpiece.

*Be bold, be creative, and don't be bound by expectation* — porridge is a canvas for every culture, every *culinary idea*, and every individual taste.

*Remember* - as we won’t be able to cook your individual topping, make sure your ingredient is ready to eat (either raw, or pre-cooked!)

*The best ingredient combination will be used at one of our future Porridge in the Park events!

A workshop that’s equal parts history, creativity, and flavour — come hungry and curious!
