A closer look at our sea bass starter 🔍🐟

One of Executive Chef .mccracken.93’s favourite starters on our spring-summer events menu – lightly citrus-cured sea bass is topped with citrus crème fraîche and bronze fennel then served with a cucumber velouté, herb oil and a blood orange glaze.

A closer look at our spring-summer bowl food 🥣

Made for mingling and ideal for standing receptions, our bowl food menu brings together the same bold flavours, vibrant colours, varied textures and seasonal British ingredients as our main courses, only in a more relaxed, easy-to-eat format.

Think Chalk Stream trout with shaved fennel, bitter orange and basil; Lake District lamb with Parmesan potato, mint salsa verde and gem lettuce; and burrata with Isle of Wight tomatoes, nectarine and basil pesto.
