Did you know that the CIEE Global Institute facility has fantastic audio-visual equipment not only in all meeting rooms but also in the break-out areas and the cafe? So for an event you are able to transmit speeches into the whole building! We have used EMS Events (http://www.ems-events.co.uk/) for such and they did a great job.
