Did you know St Mary's Church Woodford offers two course homemade hot lunches to everyone on the first Friday and second Sunday of each month (except August) at 12.30pm? 🍝

Fridays in church are soups, salads, bread, fruit and pudding and we ask for £5 per person.

Sundays in Woodford Memorial Hall are a different menu each month including roasts and pies plus dessert and we ask for £6 per person. 🍲

No booking needed for either though we appreciate advance info on special dietary needs. 🤗

VE Day 80th Anniversary 8 May 2025. Join us for a simple service of prayer and readings at 12 noon and celebratory bellringing at 6.30pm. We have been working hard in recent months to mend our flagpole but sadly the specialists aren't able to help in time for so we have bunting instead.

If the weather’s a bit too chilly for your little one to kick a ball about, bring them to one of our indoor football sessions ⚽❄⚽

They can join in the fun and games with lots of other youngsters, and it’s all indoors so parents can stay warm while watching the activities 👧👦🎉
