The search for great produce is our ultimate goal and we allways strive for the best tompeovide our guests with a mouthwatering experience.

We had a great meeting with
yesterday to discuss meat ageing and a supply of very special beef from them.

Our butchers hand select only from the best suppliers and producers and then dry age our beef and pork in their himalayan salt room for a minimum of 28 days but we will have some items to age for longer also so watch this space!!

We are currently looking for some casual chefs to join our team until roughly mid/end September possibly longer to join our young dynamic kitchen team. We focus on fresh foods which are mainly grown on site in our kitchen gardens.

We are a country house hotel in Windsor UK with 120 bedrooms offering an alfresco dining terrace, small restaurant and food stalls at our riverside marquis.

If you are motivated and are able to work please PM me for further details. Hourly rate will be 11 plus service charge broken-down for hours worked. We will offer full staff accommodation and food for this period of work.

I have not posted in a while and have been taking a break for the last 2 months but have been working on our own little project to grow our own veg at home. Those of you who know me will understand how much importance I place on knowing where our food is coming from whether that be fish, vegetables meat etc it does not matter. Both myself and the wonderful have been working on our allotment to achieve a great growing space. Why not give us a follow and see for yourselves.
