We’re currently booking Brand Ambassadors for the first-ever SXSW London in Shoreditch this June – and spaces are filling up fast!

📅 2–7 June
🕗 8–12 hour shifts (most start at 8:30am or 3:30pm)
💸 From £17/hour (depending on experience)
📍 London-based only

No experience? No problem. If you’re friendly, reliable, 18+, and ready to bring the good vibes – we want to hear from you!

Roles include badge scanning, guest guiding, and spreading the fun.

Must-haves:
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Freelance status (you handle your own tax & NI)
✅ Ideally available for all 6 days

🖼️ World Art Day is about “reinforcing the links between artistic creation and society” – and if that doesn’t sum up what working in entertainment and event looks like, then we don’t know what does!

💃🏼✨Our world is filled with creative people and everything we do comes with either a sprinkling - or a bucket load - of artistic expression!

So today, on World Art Day, we are looking back at jobs in which ART has been at the very centre, using artistic expression and creating art to promote an event, a product or a cause.

🚨Exciting news alert!🚨

Dean Burné has been part of our world for too many years to mention, as a Tour Manager, Event Manager and Performer.

For the past couple of years, he’s been an increasingly key member of our office team.

And so, we’re absolutely delighted to share the news that he is now joining us full time!!

Dean will be leading the charge on project management and playing a vital role in developing our own in-house productions.

We honestly couldn’t be happier — he knows the place inside out, and we’re buzzing to have him on board in an even bigger way!

His passion, dedication, and deep knowledge of the business make this a huge win for the team. He’s also one of the nicest people you could ever meet, which is a bonus!

Our talented Minister Lucy showcased her skills last night, playing the role of a Chicagoan Restaurant Hostess in an immersive pre-screening event for DROP.

Lucy welcomed Influencers and Press to ‘Palette’, the film’s fictional restaurant (aka The Soho Hotel), where they enjoyed canapes and drinks before watching the new thriller (out 11th April!).

We worked with The Events Custodian who put this amazing event together for Universal Pictures, and who brought us onboard to bring it to life with immersive role play, keeping guests on their toes!

Each year during our Performer Party, we give out several awards to celebrate the wonderful people who work for us.

It’s extremely tough as there are so many amazingly talented people to choose from. A massive thank you to everyone that voted for the Performers’ Choice award - shout out to all the nominees, it was a very close vote as you are all so brilliant.

Here are this year’s well deserved winners…

The Larry:
Larry Parnell’s prestigious award for those who have given an outstanding performance on a job.
WINNER: Justine
Justine’s versatility knows no bounds, and she delivers a fantastic performance on every single mission we send her out on.

The Hero:
Dedicated to those people who have flown in the face of adversity or been made to dress as a banana when everyone else was a Storm Trooper.
WINNER: Amos
Amos came into our world last Autumn in the run up to Christmas and instantly understood the Ministry way. She over-delivered for clients with everything she did. Other performers love her, and so do we!

Performers’ Choice:
As chosen by their fellow Ministers who are out on the ground with them on so many activations and events. WINNER: Adam
Adam is ever popular among his fellow Ministers because of his positive attitude and energy. He is a total joy to be around and work with.

Be More Gordy:
In memory of the legend that was Gordon Maxwell, this is an award for the person who has lifted your spirits, been a shining light/example on a rainy day or just generally had great energy and warmth. We are blessed with many people who do exactly that.
WINNER: Christian
An M*F stalwart for so many years who embodies the ethos of all we do. Christian is a positive force and constant support. He is just fabulous.

📚Happy International Children’s Book Day!!📚

We love working with kids, whether through entertainment, education or information - or all 3!

Sometimes it involves bringing characters to life - Like at last summer’s Cat In The Hat kid’s club, open to the public in August, with drop-in workshops for children and families. We love being able to bring characters like this to life, for a whole new audience and generation, and encourage kids to read the amazing books that will shape them throughout their lives.
