🚨 NEW CLASS 🚨

We have a new class starting in September, BUT we have a taster class on Thursday 28th August at 6.45pm.

This class will be suitable for anyone and everyone.
Simple aerobic moves to some fantastic remixed 70's and 80's disco music.

Don't worry if you have two left feet or no coordination, that is half the fun, just enjoy the music and move.
Low impact and less intense options will be given, so bounce or step it out, just do what you are capable of doing 🎶 🪩
