Did you know that today is officially "Dance like a chicken day"?

Yes, the 14th of May is actually recognised (in some circles) as the day you gather friends and loved ones together, crank up the silly sounds, and flap, cluck, and wiggle your way through a fun, if not a little bizarre, dance party.

Of course if you don't fancy that, you could always just indulge in a delicious chicken-based meal instead. Such as these succulent chicken burgers served in a brioche bun or these tasty chicken and vegetable wraps. Either way, the chicken is king today.

Elegant and luxurious was the order of the day at our newest London venture on Saturday as we hosted a very special party for the glamorous and fabulous property and lifestyle influencer Jade Vanreil.

In celebration of her engagement, Jade and her friends, enjoyed the ultimate chic city soiree. With exquisite food, decadent cocktails, and sumptuous decor.

It was a great way to showcase what this stunning venue has to offer, and an incredible start to many more standout events to come.

Meeting a legend.

Anton Mosimann is one of the most iconic chefs in the country. As Maitre Chef des Cuisines of the Dorchester hotel for 13 years, he was awarded 2 stars in the prestigious Michelin guide. The first hotel restaurant outside of France to do so.

Our culinary director Mark actually trained under him at the Dorchester while he was in college. Mark was thrilled to see him again to celebrate the grand opening of our newest venture in Pimlico.

This Easter weekend we cooked up a whole new range of culinary delights at Sacrewell farm.

This Mexican pop up on Saturday created a gorgeously colourful lunchtime special where succulent pulled pork took centre stage. Cooked low and slow to mouthwatering perfection, this high welfare, delicious pork was meltingly tender. Served alongside a fabulous selection of tempting toppings and sauces such as fresh salsa, guacamole and queso. With plenty of side dishes to choose from too, this was a feast for the eyes aswell as the taste buds.

Vibrant and flavourful food that captures the very essence of summer.

✨HAPPY EASTER ️✨️

We are open all across this Easter weekend at Sacrewell farm and have some wonderful seasonal treats available at The Farmhouse Table.

Saturday is bbq day with a succulent pulled pork on the lunchtime menu, and what is more perfect for Easter Sunday lunch than a traditional roast lamb with all the trimmings?

Our executive chef Stuart has also created these adorable little pots of decadent chocolatey deliciousness. A rich chocolate mouse with a "forest floor" of crumbled flake, and topped with chocolate mini eggs and strawberry mushrooms. The perfect finishing treat for kids of all ages.

Easter is a time when we love to indulge in seasonal sweet treats such as chocolate eggs, hot cross buns and simnel cake.

But here at Bespoke, we like to mix things up a little and with a whole world of flavours out there, we have included a fabulous selection of homemade Indian sweets for our customers to enjoy along with the more traditional choices.

Rich and syrupy gulab jamin, melt in the mouth chocolate barfi and vibrant Karachi halwa brought an explosion of colour and flavour to one of our sites today. Because you can never really have too many desserts for the Easter weekend.

The team at our newest London site have been busy refining their cocktail making skills before our grand opening.

With a range of classics from smokey old fashioned's to vibrant spritzes, and even a couple of non-alcoholic choices available, there will be plenty of mouthwatering options for our clients to choose from.

Perfecting every pour, twist and garnish with ultimate precision to produce some fabulously decadent creations that are sure to delight our discerning clientele.

We are really looking forward to the weekend at Sacrewell farm. Especially Sunday, where our fabulous executive chef Stuart will be cooking up his legendary roast beef with all the trimmings.

Keeping food miles to a minimum and supporting local businesses, is something we feel passionately about, so we are very proud to be sourcing our delicious 35 day aged beef from the wonderful Grasmere Farm.

Located a mere 7 miles away, Grasmere Farm is a family-run Lincolnshire farm, known for their high-welfare pork, beef & sausages. prepared with care and delivered fresh, this is an exceptional quality beef.

We have been busy this week, opening our newest venture. A chic new cafe and cocktail bar, set in a gorgeous luxury living complex, right in the heart of London.

Our opening event was a great chance to meet our clients and future customers, and introduce them to the talented team we have on board.

From precision-crafted coffee to meticulously created cocktails, and plenty of delicious nibbles, there really was something for everyone.

We are so proud of our incredible team here and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this unique and stylish venue.

Come and see us this weekend at Sacrewell farm for full English breakfasts, fabulous roast dinners, organic speciality coffee, and some absolutely spectacular cakes courtesy of O’ For Goodness Cake. What an absolutely incredible opening weekend we had at Sacrewell farm.

Opening a new site is always an intense and exciting time, chock full of new challenges and experiences, getting to know the client and the customers, recruiting new team members, sourcing new suppliers, and with everyone putting in 100 percent, working together to create something special.

Well, what a truly special place this is. A gorgeous farm set deep in the countryside, but not too far from Peterborough. A family friendly venue with a range of things to do and see. With a fabulous play barn, a selection of historical buildings, open fields and meadows, and even a whole range of activities to get involved in. And not forgetting the real stars of the show, the adorable animals that call this tranquil piece of paradise home. Because even nature needs its celebrities.

It was all hands on deck yesterday as we worked alongside our newest business partners to create a gorgeous new venue nestled deep in the heart of the English countryside.

The farm cafe-restaurant has undergone a stunning renovation, blending rustic elegance with modern comforts. This wonderful family-friendly dining space has been transformed into an inviting yet elegant space, with a calming colour scheme and plenty of character. The large windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and meadows and there are plenty of outside tables to enjoy the glorious sunshine on a nice day.

We have installed a state of the art coffee machine which will be serving the finest organic speciality coffee, and the menu will be a selection of carefully chosen dishes, showcasing delicious farm-to-table cuisine.

We had a blast meeting all the adorable animals that live in this gorgeously tranquil farm, open to the public 7 days a week. It's a place where the past and present seamlessly come together, inviting visitors to relax and savor the beauty of the countryside, and enjoy some fabulous food and coffee whilst doing so.
