To celebrate the vibrant spirit of the season, we challenged our resident drinks expert, Joe, to craft a cocktail inspired by the rich traditions & colours of Día de los Mu***os.

The result is a beautifully balanced creation — a Fig & Fig Leaf Margarita that perfectly captures the essence of fall. Earthy, aromatic, & just the right amount of indulgent, it’s a toast to remembrance, flavor, & the joy of life well celebrated.

We are delighted to now be included in the Hylands Estate Accredited Caterers List. This stunning Essex location includes the award-winning Grade II* listed mansion, Hylands House, and is set in 574 acres of landscaped parkland. Here, you’ll find beautifully restored ceremony and reception rooms, plus the contemporary Grand Pavilion and outdoor wedding ceremony garden just a few steps away. The Pleasure Gardens provide plenty of photo opportunities to capture your day, and there are never-ending views of the Essex skyline are all around you in the parkland outside the house. You can find Hylands Estate just 30 minutes from London on the outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex.⁠

Our philosophy on sustainable eating stems from wasting as little as possible. Dishes like this butternut squash, making a butter roast fondant, silky smooth purée and using the skins to make crunchy crisps. Served with a Sinodun Hill goat’s cheese croquette.⁠

We are thrilled to have been added to the list of eligible caterers at Guildhall. What a venue! The impressive interiors of this Grade I-listed landmark offer a spectacular and memorable backdrop for a variety of events. Spaces include the breath-taking medieval Great Hall with a soaring, high-arched ceiling. Steeped in history it was once the stage for state trials such as that of Lady Jane Grey. We love that whilst being a historic space, like us here at Lettice, the venue is focused on creating both beautiful and environmentally responsible events and has won awards for its sustainable practices. We can’t wait to bring our bespoke and personally tailored events to this grand space, giving both hosts and guests incredible, memorable experiences.⁠
