Many clients secure a venue before bringing on a planning team, then quickly realise how overwhelming coordinating suppliers and decisions can become.

Once we’re on board, our role is to take those final loose ends off your plate and bring structure, calm, and clarity to your event journey.

For this Christmas Gala, the clients choice of venue offered festive décor, generous space for a red carpet, portraits and photobooth. They provided tables, chairs, linen and crockery options, integrated lighting to set the atmosphere, an in-house bar, an amazing 3 course fine dining experience with choice wine and outstanding waiting staff.

• Fewer suppliers meant smoother communication and a more refined experience from start to finish.

Your plans can look perfect on paper until you step on site and realise everything needs to change.

Yes, this can happen often, purely because a site visit is where ideas settle, layouts come to life and your event begins to take shape.

During this visit my clients and I explored the placements, walked through the different layouts and refined their original idea into something even stronger after seeing the room in person.

We also tasted the menu that will be served to their guests which meant we could make changes based on flavour preferences and guest experience. These are the decisions that are only possible when you are physically present in the venue and supported by a planner who thinks ahead for you.

Choosing the Park Hyatt River Thames was the perfect match for the luxury feel my clients wanted. Watching them light up when they realised this was ‘the one’ reminded me why I do what I do. My role is to guide you to the right decisions with ease, clarity and care so that your event feels exactly the way you imagined.

Without hesitation, they chose We Are Family by Sister Sledge. And just like that, cultures, families, and hearts merged. The music was loud, the laughter louder, and the statement clear. We are one.

Love isn’t always loud. It’s steady, certain, and often seen in the quiet moments of life.

As an event planner, I get the privilege of walking closely with my couples. Not just through the details of their big day, but also through the life they’re living while planning it.

My sweet bride Joana radiated joy from our very first meeting to the final dance. Fun, bubbly, and full of warmth, she poured her heart into this day all while balancing her professional exams. It was such a reminder that love isn’t only about the wedding. It's about the journey, the seasons you grow through, and the people who support you along the way.

That’s the heart of what I do: being more than a planner, but a steady support system as love continues to bloom in every season ✨️
