Our documentary, contrapunto, wins First Prize at the ten year eictv celebration!!!🎬🎞🇨🇺🇬🇧🎉 We had some lovely feedback about the doc which still means alot after all these years! Well done to all the other prize winners and special mentions. There is some serious talent breeding at the eictv! Thanks again to all the special people and amazing institutions who made it possible.

Lovely to see my photos with some captioning. :)

Compared to men, women in prison generally receive shorter sentences for less serious crimes. But when in jail, they are more likely to be geographically remote from their families, and are more vulnerable to self-harm.

40% of female prisoners have left school before 16. Around the same proportion have spent time in the care system. 90% have no employment upon release.

Access to education within prison can offer hope inside and cut reoffending outside.
