Our Story
YADA Events brings your event to life. We have over 5 years of experience in event organisation, coordination and consultancy. We have helped clients run a wide range of events from conferences to concerts with attendee numbers ranging from 50 to 50,000. Just this year, we ran the Freshers Festival events across the UK which saw over 18,000 student attendees! We offer support and services before, during and after the event and will go beyond our call of duty to guarantee that our clients are satisfied with our work.
Our ticketing and event app, 'Powered by YADA', allows you to create moments you can measure. Sell tickets, talk to attendees, and organise your event through our powerful event app. You can download it for free on the Google and Apple Stores.
We have a dedicated digital marketing team to help promote your event. If you require marketing services, such as lead generation or audience sign-ups, then we have a wealth of experience in filling out large spaces with thousands of people. We can run Google Ads, FB / Insta Ads, LinkedIn B2B Ads, Twitter Ads, and much more to help you reach your target audience.
We also offer photography and film services, where our resident videographer can create professional videos both before the event and at the event itself in order to build hype and create lasting memories for attendees.
