Robert Cray Band and Don Bryant & The Bo Keys at Bluesfest London last night. Double first 02 and FOH for Don Bryant with my old buddie Peter Astrup. Mr bluesheaven.dk. Thnx to all the crew at O2- Pete, Michelle, Annie, Matt - and my sidekick for the evening Stefanos Theodorou. Want to hear the original version of “I cant stand the rain” then next weekend at Bluesheaven.dk . And lastly a big shout out to Mogens Nørgaard - a teacher and mentor to so many who is always willing to find time to help

A quick thanks to all involved with Randersfest in Denmark last weekend. Bands, sub contractors- Claus Friis Nick Greek and NKN, LPA Concerts & Design-, promoters Ole Søndergaard Leif Bressum plus the “ old crew” Tom Schofield tom Mathews Phil Blue Marcus Lightning . Thanks for all your hard work . The weather wasn’t the best but the show was brilliant

Considering we didn't have more than one months notice to get this show on the road, we didn't do that bad at all. Big shout out to all the old crew Leif Bressum, Ole Søndergaard, Puk Rosendal Charlotte Weis Klausen who always run faster than anyone else. Thanks to the bar lady in chief Helle Jensen who shoots from the hip and says what she thinks ( just read her page for those who didn't meet on time !!) To Claus Friis ( Bob the builder), Kim Jensen, Tom Schofield ( "I like to flash"), Jesper Vinther Hyltoft Storm( what is your name anyway), Jesper Juncher, Henning Amore, Brigit Olesen, Søren " Mr lights", Kim, Sonny, Søren, Jesper I say a really big thanks again for all the hard work. I can't stop before I say thanks to Mr and Mrs Anders Juul Jensen ( Mette Gandrup dont hit me) and last but not least Coco Chanel. She said that every girl/lady needs a"little black dress" which is of course true. However, with 12" heels and a boyfriend telling you "it'll be alright" as he pulls you on to a muddy field in the middle of Randers( see picture) maybe this isn't quite what she had in mind. Love u yall
So what have we learnt.
1. It always rains in Randers week so metal plate rules
2. Never, never, ever go to McDonalds on a Sunday morning. The queue is horrendous and the girl throwing up in the Føtex bag obviously had a whole car to clean out later.
3. Girls work harder than boys !!
4. When i say 32A i mean 32A, not 32.5A !!!!!!!!
5. The older you get, the faster you have to run
