Did you know, today marks 17 years of The London Vampire Group!

Or at least when things were moved on Facebook. In that time it first supported events of the London Vampyre Group before moving on to club and gig promotion. It has ran annual socials at Nunhead & Brompton Cemetery to support their open days and picnics in the finest London parks. It has founded Yesterdays Shadow club, relaunched post-Covid as Shadows of the Crypt in a genuine Crypt venue and is now running at the awesome Chislehurst Caves .

What a journey, I'll write a book about it all one day but in the meantime I shall continue to put things on that I think worthwhile and, I hope, enjoyed and spoken well of.

Skiffle at Chislehurst Caves 1957 with outraged clergy. Now of course there are Shadows of the Crypt Goth Night Clubs with live music too.

Interview with the Vampire AMC Series will be renewed for season 3. I've not seen series 2 yet but I found series 1 to be outstanding and want to see more.

'Interview With the Vampire” stars Jacob Anderson as Louis de Pointe du Lac — the vampire who reconnects with interviewer Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian) nearly 50 years after their initial sessions. Sam Reid plays the famed Vampire Lestat, while Season 2 also features Assad Zaman (Armand), Delainey Hayles (Claudia) and Ben Daniels (Santiago).'

'Anne Rice's Interview With the Vampire' has been renewed for Season 3 on AMC and AMC+, just days before its Season 2 finale (which airs June 30).
