Part-Time Social Media Manager (Flexible Hours | £13–£18/hr)
Based at: Springtime Nurseries, Crews Hill, Enfield
Are you a creative soul who lives and breathes Instagram? Can you spot a perfect photo opp in a pumpkin patch or turn a party balloon arch into a reel that actually gets likes?
We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to help tell the story of Springtime Nurseries and its much-loved seasonal experiences — including our Fun Party Superstore, Halloween Pumpkin Patch and our magical Christmas Wonderland.

🌻 About the role:
This isn’t just about posting pretty pictures. You’ll be:
• Creating and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook & more
• Snapping great content on-site (yes, we’ll need you to visit regularly!)
• Engaging with our community and answering messages
• Running and refining simple paid ad campaigns
• Reporting back on what’s working (and what’s not)
• Helping us cross-promote products between seasons (our Christmas visitors should definitely come back for Spring and Summer!)
We’re flexible on hours — but there will be busy spells around key seasons like Halloween, Christmas and Spring. Some of the role can be done remotely, but we’ll need you in person at times too, especially for photography, meetings and chatting with the team.

🎯 You might be just right if:
• You’ve got experience using Meta Business Suite and Instagram professionally
• You’ve worked in retail, events, or family attractions (bonus points!)
• You know your way around Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools like SocialPilot
• You’re creative, organised, and happy working independently
• You can capture the vibe of a brand that’s fun, family-friendly and super seasonal
