Join nw8mums and for a talk with Linda Russell, founder of The Sleep Lady (Thesleeplady.co.uk) to learn how to help your baby or toddler to sleep better.

The talk is free, but please donate £10 or more to the Mousetrap Theatre Projects (link to donate is below), which runs 20 different theatre-going and educational programmes for schools, youth groups and families, to ignite children’s imaginations and improve their personal and social skills.

Just like anything you’ve stopped doing, it can take a while to get back to the groove of things, especially when it feels like you are leaving your family behind.

How do you get your Mojo back? Getting your momentum back can sometimes be as simple as just starting again and keeping at it. We know however that when it comes to the emotional guilt of returning back to work it can be much more than this!

In the talk with NW8-mums FB group, Tania Cuturi Working Mum will be sharing with you the core 3 pillars of what she calls the 21st century mum. You should come out of this talk feeling inspired but also with a better idea of what your priorities are as a working mum.
The talk is free and open to all parents. But if you can, please make a donation of £10 or more when you RSVP below towards Save A Child's Heart, an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to helping children with heart defects in developing countries.
