‼️‼️ Recipe Alert ‼️‼️

Healthy Winter Warmer Soup Recipe

I made this lentil soup recipe yesterday and it was too good not to share!! I know you guys love recipes so here is a great one for you….

Ingredients:
2tbs olive oil
2 medium onions cubed
4 garlic cloves cubed
1 k**b of ginger cubed
1 chilli diced (optional)
2 carrots cubed
1 Stick of celery cubed
3 beef tomatoes chopped
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp ground coriander
1tsp cumin
1tsp black mustard seeds
1tsp salt & pepper
1 tin coconut milk
2 cups red lentils

Chopped coriander to serve - optional

Sauté onions, garlic ginger till soft.
Add in tomatoes, carrots and celery and stir till soft.
Add in spices. And then coconut milk.
Add in lentils and enough water to cover, and leave to simmer for 30-45mins, until rich and creamy! Delicious! Enjoy 🥘
