By owning the building’s freehold, we have had greater con

trol over the building’s design, costs and running. This is how we are able to deliver a 5 star experience without the price tag. Before we owned our building, we found that the room hire price first quoted never ended up being the price paid – everything came as an extra. So we chose to be different from the rest – our simple pricing structure includes everything that you need. We have designed CIWEM Venue to not only have strong visual impact but to also be a comfortable, innovative and supportive space. Your satisfaction is our primary concern. CIWEM Venue is also built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards and has received ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, supporting your Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.
