We wanted to take a moment to give De’Sean Jones the introduction he deserves!

He is the founder of the Urban Art ⭕️rchestra and a phenomenal saxophone player who has played with the likes of Stevie Wonder and Faith Evans.

Two-time Grammy-nominated and three-time Stellar Award-winning composer/arranger!

He will be playing as part of a quartet including Mikele MonTolli here on Friday night…

We weren’t messing around when we said this is a special one! It’s not too late to book early-bird just drop us a message 🕊️

A little more about them...

Abdell Rais the musical vision of Moroccan-born artist Abdellah Rais, is a vibrant music project blending the soul of traditional Amazigh rhythms with the pulse of contemporary sounds. The group creates a rich musical journey that bridges cultures and generations, bringing the spirit of North Africa to modern audiences.

Performing on Moroccan banjo, guembri, and a range of traditional instruments alongside electric guitar, bass, drums, and vocals, Berber Diffusion delivers high-energy live shows that invite audiences to dance, connect, and celebrate. The band’s unique sound honours ancestral music while pushing it into fresh creative territory.

Berber Diffusion’s live shows are a celebration of rhythm, melody, and connection — fusing traditional Amazigh sounds with modern arrangements that speak to global audiences. Every performance is a cultural journey, uniting ancient roots with a modern heartbeat.

Hello everyone!

We have a studio available currently, ready to take on immediately. It is part of a larger studio shared with three others but due to the flow of the building it’s very possible to work alone whenever needed :)

There are other parts of the building which are used communally like the main space which is available to work in whenever it is not being used for an event as well as the conservatory and kitchen.

We are a small community of artists within the building, some of whom have been here for over 10 years so it’s a lovely bunch to be a part of :)

Rent is £200 per month including all bills, if you’re interested please drop us a message and we can arrange a viewing!

Beautiful night last night thanks to ❤️

Was really taken by these guys watching them perform at the Whitechapel Gallery a few months back, and wondered if we could convince them to come and play at Red Door! Thankfully bumped into them on the street after their gig and everything aligned 🌟

We thank everyone who joined us last night, we couldn’t do this without you and the energy shared in the room is truly something special!

Was so busy enjoying the night I could only record the last song of the evening but if you want to see more don’t worry they will be back…
