From the little chubby kid who first walked into the gym at just 6 years old… to becoming a 3-time ISKA, KBX & WKA World Champion! 🌍🏆

This is IGNAS KAROSA 🇱🇹🔥

When Iggy first stepped into the gym, he was just a typical 6-year-old kid looking to lose a bit of weight. Fast forward 11 years and look at him now… 17 years old, 6ft 3, built like a god and already a THREE-TIME WORLD CHAMPION! 🤯

Iggy has taken on some of the best fighters from around the world and has collected wins against multiple-time world champions and elite international opponents from countries including the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Portugal 🇵🇹, Spain 🇪🇸 and Ireland 🇮🇪, just to name a few.

What makes his journey even more impressive is that he has never avoided a challenge and never taken the easy route. He has fought anyone and everyone put in front of him, constantly pushing himself to the next level.

He has moved up from 65kg to 67kg, taking on bigger and tougher challenges because, quite simply, it felt like there was nobody left for him to fight at his previous weight.

And now… he is a UNIFIED WORLD CHAMPION! 🌍👑

Being part of this kid’s journey, I can honestly say without hesitation — HE IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

With potentially one or two more fights before he turns 18 in February, Iggy is only getting started.

I truly believe it won’t be long before one of the biggest promotions in the world comes knocking.

DOES WAKO PRODUCE THE BEST KICKBOXERS IN THE WORLD? 🌍🥊

This is Alexandra Dzhikaeva 🇪🇪 — a WAKO Estonia fighter who has achieved something truly incredible. She is a 5x WAKO World Champion and has also won the European Championships in 2019, 2021 and 2024. Just look at the level she competes at and the experience she has built — it is genuinely unreal! 🏆🔥

Alexandra is exactly what made me take a deeper look into WAKO and the level of fighters they are producing around the world. And honestly, for me, WAKO has a serious claim to producing some of the best kickboxers in the world. 🌎

WAKO was founded in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 in 1977, and over the decades it has become one of the biggest and most respected organisations in kickboxing, developing elite athletes and giving fighters a pathway to compete at the highest amateur level.

WAKO has also been associated with some seriously impressive names, including Vitali Klitschko, Troy Dorsey and Fin Heesom, just to name a few. 🥊

But what really stands out is the depth of talent. From young athletes coming through the ranks to experienced world champions, the standard of competition is incredibly high.

So it got me thinking…

Alex Pereira 🇧🇷 — KICKBOXING HIGHLIGHTS! 🥶💥

Before becoming one of the biggest stars in MMA, Alex “Poatan” Pereira was already a terrifying force in the world of kickboxing. Born in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil 🇧🇷, Pereira built an unbelievable career over 12 years, finishing his kickboxing journey with a record of 40 fights, 33 wins and 21 KNOCKOUTS! 💀🥊

Pereira didn’t just compete at the highest level — he became a champion. 🏆 He captured the GLORY Middleweight World Championship and later the GLORY Light Heavyweight World Championship, famously holding both titles simultaneously and defending them across two different weight classes. 🔥

Then, in 2021, Poatan made the huge decision to leave kickboxing behind and make the transition into MMA.

Later that same year, he announced his signing with the UFC — the biggest MMA organisation in the world. And it didn’t take long for Pereira to make history. 🤯

Within just over a year, he captured the UFC Middleweight World Championship, defeating his former kickboxing rival Israel Adesanya by KO in the second round. 💥

After losing the rematch to Adesanya — his first MMA defeat — Pereira moved up to Light Heavyweight, where he defeated former champion Jan Błachowicz before going on to stop Jiri Procházka and claim the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. 🏆

Fast forward to 2026 and Poatan has now stepped up to heavyweight, challenging French heavyweight legend Ciryl Gane for the UFC Heavyweight Championship — but coming up short. 🇫🇷🥊

Now, at 39 years old, the big question is…

WHERE DOES POATAN GO FROM HERE? 👀

Does he stay at heavyweight and chase another shot at the UFC Heavyweight Championship? 🏆

Or does he return to Light Heavyweight and attempt to reclaim the throne? ⚡

Whatever happens next, one thing is certain — Alex Pereira has already built one of the most incredible combat sports careers of his generation.

DID YOU KNOW? LIAM “THE HITMAN” HARRISON FOUGHT THE THAI LEGEND SANCHI… NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! 🇬🇧🇹🇭

Liam “The Hitman” Harrison is one of the most respected British Muay Thai fighters of his generation, and his career is nothing short of incredible. 👊🔥

Harrison finished his career with a phenomenal 120 Muay Thai fights, 92 wins and 52 knockouts, along with 8 world titles and the prestigious WBC Diamond Belt. 🏆

But Liam’s legacy goes far beyond the numbers.

Known for travelling to Thailand and taking on some of the very best Thai fighters in their own backyard, Harrison was one of the British fighters who helped pave the way for the next generation of British Muay Thai stars. He didn’t just talk about testing himself against the best — he travelled to Thailand and actually did it. 🇬🇧✈️🇹🇭

And for the final chapter of his career, “The Hitman” stepped onto one of the biggest stage in combat sports — ONE Championship. 🌎

During his time in ONE, Liam shared the ring with some of the very best in the world, including Nong-O and Seksan Kwanmuang, while producing unforgettable moments.

One of his most memorable battles came against Muangthai, where Harrison was dropped twice before somehow turning the fight around and delivering a HUGE knockout! 😱💥 A fight that perfectly summed up the heart, toughness and never-say-die mentality that made Liam such a fan favourite.

And now, Liam is retired… well, for now 😉

Outside of fighting, Harrison continues to give back to the sport through his own promotion, Hitman Fight League, while also being a co-owner of the legendary Bad Company Gym.

A true pioneer for British Muay Thai. 🇬🇧🥊
