Ford Lincoln are once again providing a fleet of cars for our officials to deliver what will be an amazing 70th edition of the Rapha Lincoln GP presented by the University of Lincoln

Not only are they supporting the GP with amazing Ford & Geely Electric Vehicles, they are also partnering us to launch the brand new Ford Geely Lincoln Community Ride and Youth Lincoln GP Criteriums (and supporting senior event) on Saturday 9th May promoted by the Velo Club Lincoln.

Gary Coltman, organiser of the GP said "What better way to celebrate the 70th Edition of Britain's biggest day of domestic road racing with the addition of a community event and a 'youth GP' for the future stars. As we look back on the amazing 70 editions, we are incredibly excited to also look forwards to the future by providing this exciting race opportunity for youth racers as well as creating an opportunity for the local community to get on their bike in a safe setting".

The events will take place on Sat 9th May from 4pm.
- The community ride will be a FREE event starting at 6pm - any body on any bike welcome (you just need a helmet). More details will follow on our SM pages.

I am so proud to share highlights from last night’s Really Good Service Awards! Having worked with the trentbarton team for over a year and a half, it was an honor to be back in the room to celebrate their incredible people.
From managing the red arrow product launch to the annual October conferences, our partnership continues to grow. For the awards, KH Events provided:
• Venue Finding & Logistics: Handling contracts and supplier management so the client doesn’t have to.
• Onsite Management: Acting as the lead decision-maker and point of contact for the venue.
• Technical Oversight: Running tech rehearsals with the AV team to ensure a seamless show.
The goal? Ensuring the lovely Scarlet and Amber could actually relax and enjoy the fruits of their hard work! 🥂
A huge shoutout to the hilarious for compering—a true professional and a joy to work with. Congratulations to all the inspiring winners; your kindness and pride in your work is what makes this industry special.

We’ve just wrapped up a comprehensive multi-day event at in London. It was a fantastic project that really allowed the KH Events team to demonstrate the breadth of our end-to-end support.
For this particular client, our role was to manage the entire operational “backstage,” ensuring they could focus entirely on their guests.

This included:
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, delegate bookings, and all invoicing.

• The Essentials: Handling everything from venue liaison and dietary requirements to the critical health and safety paperwork and insurances.

• The Detail: Creating all branded materials, name badges, and professional presentations, alongside managing the full running order on the day.

The programme was diverse, to say the least! We moved from a Friday evening drinks reception and dinner into a full day of conference sessions and technical breakouts. We then rounded off the experience with a Gala Dinner, a traditional Ceilidh and a live band with which is always a brilliant way to end a London weekend.

It’s these complex, fast-moving schedules where our calm and methodical approach really makes the difference.

A huge thank you to the team and the venue for helping us deliver a seamless experience.
