Talent,
A Coach thoughts,

I’ve been in this game
since 1976.
Coaching since 1991.
I’ve seen it all.

The Difference,
Who’s the ones who reach
the absolute top?
It’s rarely the ones with
the best genetics,
the most natural talent,
or the perfect upbringing.

It’s the ones who learn
how to lose the right way.
And realize that a defeat,
Is only a loss if you let it be.
If you turn every defeat to a lesson
And learn from it,
It’s win!!!

They learn that you only lose,
When you give up!

The Grind,
They show up. Every. Single. Day.
They do the work when no one is watching—the 5 AM solo sessions, the disciplined diet, the long-term plan.

The ”Why”,
They don’t do it because they have to.
They do it because they genuinely love the sport.

The Truth,
Success and money?
Those are just byproducts of loving what you do, if you get it it might be a blessing or a curse!

The Phoenix,
True talent in my eyes is the ability to rise from the ashes, time and time again.
That is how you reach your goals.

Final Thought,
Keep working. Keep loving the process keep sharing your successes and
give back to your upcoming generation.

– Coach.
