Battersea Dogs Home would be my ultimate venue! It would be great to have the traders whip something up for all the good boys (and girls of course), that could do with a treat. Get some adopters in and hopefully bring some pooches and people together!

🔥FAVOURITE KERB STREET FOOD DISH?

The million dollar question ... I LOVE Truffle Mushroom pizza. For second course, you'll find me sniffing around looking for some of their epic pasta salad!!

🍻WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT WORK?

When I’m not getting my street food on, you can normally find me somewhere in N16, most likely I’ll be trying something new and tasty, maybe enjoying a frosty cold one at The Shakespeare or the Auld Shillelagh.

So, on Thursday night we had around 70 people from celebrating the launch of their Compass Group Foundation, so who better to cater than, well, us 🌶

There was a spread of fluffy Sicilian pizza slices, Nashville sliders + Mumbai thalis with a variety of snacks 🍔

Our members then stood + spoke about their journey from the KERB up, from our INKERBATOR markets etc to slinging at pretty suave events like this one 🦚

This location is - the rooftop events space on the top of and probably the best view of London 👀🌃

Seeing how our members adapt their street food menus to a white tablecloth setting is just 💥

My dream KERB event would be for us to be at one of the biggest League of Legends tournaments or capcom cup.

I'll be doing the regular Dad jobs with the family, like drops to ballet and football classes. I'm also actively playing board games with friends and slowly getting back into travelling to fighting game tournaments, old habits die hard.

🦄 YOUR DREAM KERB EVENT...

“Dream event has to be one that allows KERB to utilise all the strings in our bow (I think that is the right expression).. not only having mulitple traders serving up tasty treats but our barista coffee and most importantly our amazing bars with our KERB lager or ELLC spirits, I love that we use local businesses to supply our drinks rather than the named brands you see elsewhere. Our bars team have some dreamy cocktails and I love getting the opportunity to work on creating bespoke cocktails for specific events! Old Billingsgate will always be a firm favourite for me as I have spent a lot of my career working in this venue but it always manages to look so different at each event!”

🥇FAVOURITE KERB DISH?

“The Killer question... Honestly i just bloody love dumplings - Mandala's are unreal and I am pretty sure I could eat them every day! Only Jerkin will always be my go to at events as it never dissapoints!”

🌳🐶 WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING…

“I am afraid to say it but most of my life is KERB these days but if I am not here you will find me propping up a bar (any bar with vino) with pals or simply on a dog walk with Dottie! IF walking with the dog and heading to the pub for a a post walk lunch counts as a hobby... then that would be my hobby!”
