Fal.Con Europe 2025 brought the global cybersecurity community to Barcelona for three days of innovation and purpose.

We shaped a unified environment across the venue, from the Hub to the keynotes and meeting spaces, all designed with a clear creative direction and supported by full production. Registration, wayfinding, staffing, F&B and accommodation worked together to keep the experience seamless.

A brilliant week on site - thank you to everyone who played their part in making this another successful event.

Last week, the Principal Family gathered for our annual Summer Party, a much-anticipated event to unwind and enjoy a break from work. It was an afternoon free from business meetings and team-building activities—a day dedicated to relaxation, enjoying the charm of our neighbourhood, and, most importantly, celebrating our 30th anniversary together as a team!

This year's celebration was extra special as we honoured a true legend who has been an integral part of the Principal Family for the past 25 years. From supplying daily fresh bread and an abundance of olives to bringing endless office banter and expertise in accounting, his presence will be greatly missed!

As Chris embarks on his retirement, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for his contributions to the company. We wish you all the best Chris, and thank you for everything you have done for us. Happy retirement!

We are excited to announce that Pedro Castro has been promoted to Director of Operations! Since joining the Principal Family 4 years ago; Pedro has been an integral part of the management team ⭐

As he steps into his new role as Operations Director, Pedro will assume a broader responsibility for overseeing cross-functional initiatives, implementing process improvements, spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness across the business. His objective will be to drive operational excellence, as well as contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Pedro says ā€˜I’m extremely proud of this achievement and recognition of my work in the past four years. I’m also really excited to see what challenges and opportunities this new position brings, and to continue contributing towards the growth and success of the company’.
