We usually like to do big round-ups of our events, but this one was too special not to focus on each and every element 💞

Some suppliers just get it, and Moving Venue are one of those teams we absolutely love having by our side.

From bacon sandwiches at 8am (very much needed!) and gorgeous bites throughout the day, to the jaw-dropping table set-ups, beautiful lamb main and every last glass of w**e poured until 10pm… their incredible standards never slipped.

Last week was a long one, and events like this only happen when you have brilliant people around you who care just as much about the details as you do. Moving Venue absolutely smashed it, yet again, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the whole team.

We’ll be back together this Christmas, this time for a very different style of event and catering. We can’t wait!!

Some events mean a little more.

When we step away from the parties, we’re sometimes trusted to create incredibly important, high-profile events for our clients, and that comes with a huge amount of responsibility.

Six months of planning, constant changes, problem solving and adapting - quite literally right up until the last guest was seated for dinner. It wasn’t an easy one, but watching our team and our brilliant suppliers pull together, stay completely professional and just do what we do best made us incredibly proud.

A 3am start, nearly 16 hours on site and walking out of the venue at 11pm absolutely exhausted…but knowing we’d delivered exactly what was expected of us made every minute worth it.

Today’s post isn’t the polished professional content (that’s coming 👀). It’s just a little iPhone snapshot of the people, the graft and the moments behind an event we’re really, really proud of. Days like yesterday remind us what a team we have 🤍

Yesterday we were invited to a gorgeous girly lunch by our friends at Swan London Underglobe Events Venue London 🌷

The afternoon was filled with beautiful company, food and bouquet making - sometimes just what you need to decompress in a busy period 🤍

This weekend, our Marcie swapped grand halls and conference rooms for the forest at Lost Village 🌳

Beyond the incredible stage design, production and music, what really stood out to her was just how much there was to discover.

Hidden stages. Unexpected spaces. Food. Art. Workshops. Wellness. Breathwork. Then straight back to the dance floor.
It’s a format we’re seeing creep further and further into the corporate events world too: guests don’t necessarily want to follow one programme anymore. They want to explore, choose, interact and have completely different experiences within the same event.

And perhaps the biggest shift? Wellness and having just a good time are no longer mutually exclusive.

She even spent part of the weekend behind the camera and assisting with breathwork sessions - watching people take time out, reset and reconnect before heading straight back into the festival.

It’s exactly the balance we’ve been exploring even more this year: creating experiences that bring people together, whether that’s around a table, on a dance floor or somewhere altogether quieter.

Last night we were lucky enough to be gifted an incredible experience from Secret Cinema Smart Parties of their immersive showing of Grease 🛼🥤

Set at Evolution London , the whole evening was SPECTACULAR and just what we needed for inspiration ahead of a massive Rydell High event we’re creating this winter ❄️

We received the kindest invitation from the team D&M | London Cocktail Bars last week for a gorgeous agency dinner, to catch up with friendly faces in the industry and celebrate collaborations throughout the years 💞

The evening was set at their first restaurant The Refinery and was beautifully crafted for us. It’s always such an honour to be invited to intimate and exclusive gatherings like this, so thank you so much for having us!

Introducing: Magazine Open-Air: Magazine London’s brand-new music concept, launched this weekend with Josh Baker b2b MAX DEAN

Two things we love at Eventspiration - a seriously good venue, and even better music. This delivered both.

Magazine London is a venue we know incredibly well and have loved working with over the years (and we’ll be back there for our biggest winter event of the year 👀), but seeing the space completely reimagined for Open-Air was something else.

We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to be back. A massive thank you to BROADWICK LIVE for letting us experience the launch 🚀
