It is our pleasure to introduce some of the artists involved in “Songs for Love and Rage”, ’s very special evening with us on Friday 28th Feb.
First up, we’re very lucky to have (they/them) from the arts access initiative , as the access facilitator on the night. This comes from the awareness that gigs aren’t always the most comfortable places - so there will be an array of accessible seating, a designated quieter/rest space and the option to share your access needs before attending the gig.
On bass, the almighty .burnham who many of you may know well as a regular weeklies.
On keys, the humble genius producer and player , another familiar face and collaborator with a huge number of other acts and artists we love, from , to .grant._ or .
As the beats & synths wizard, our dear friend and part of the sound team here at Levels, DJ, producer and composer Tilé Gichigi-Lipere, also known for his band - and for his music with .
On percussion, the brilliant .jnssns, who is also co-founder of local held over at Staffordshire Street!
On guitar, we have Greek/London based composer .z.music, known for his work with experimental-jazz band and collaborations with artists like , .
And finally, local legend, drummer & producer will be on the 1s and 2s after the show, ready to close the evening and ease us into the rest of our weekends! Hec and Andrea are long-time collaborators, and Hector happens to have a new single out today!
